Reiki treatment usually takes an hour and a half which gives you an hour of hands-on Reiki healing and a chat/consultation before and afterwards . 

The recipient remains fully clothed.
The session is usually done on a Reiki table, massage table or in a chair if a client finds lying down uncomfortable. 

When a Reiki practitioner gently places his/her hands on a receiver, Reiki energy starts to flow through the practitioner's body and goes directly to the receiver.

Mrs Takata used to say "Hands on - Reiki is on, hands off - Reiki is off".
There are series of non-intrusive positions on the receiver's body. 

Reiki does not heal just your physical body, it goes to all your levels - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual, balances them and activates your own body's healing mechanism.

Reiki treatment brings a feeling of peace, harmony with yourself and the world, and an ability to cope better with the challenges of life. It's not uncommon for people to fall asleep during a session as such a deep level of relaxation and calm occurs.​

You do not need necessary to be ill or to have any physical issues with your health to have a Reiki treatment. Hawayo Takata used to say that Reiki is an intelligent energy and it goes directly where it needed. That is why Reiki can help if you go through a difficult time in your life, feel under pressure at your job, go through separation, try to cope with grief or loss, or with other emotional issues.

It is very beneficial to have 3 or 4 consecutive treatments, as Reiki energy goes on a deeper level with each treatment, heals your physical symptom or emotional issue and its underlying cause. 

Reiki treatment can be booked on any day of the week including weekends between 11am and 9pm (11am and 6pm on weekends). The latest evening treatment starts at 7-30pm.

                                     Cost of one treatment from either Olga or Martin is £90 

Cost of 3 or 4 consecutive treatments booked over one month is £75 each.

Cost of 3 or 4 consecutive treatments booked over one week is £75 each.

We are also available for home and hospital visits. 

An additional charge for travel expenses is to be discussed in those cases.
